Installation

Choose any of the methods below, the installation needs to be done by flashing through a computer.

• A. Download the OkcarOS Flashing Assistant on your computer for automatic flashing.
• B. Download the firmware package on your computer for manual flashing (requires knowledge of command line operations).

  • Upgrade to a higher version of OkcarOS (e.g. lineage-19.1 -> lineage-20)

Special boot modes

• Recovery: With the device powered off, hold Volume Up + Power. When Xiaomi/Redmi splash appears, release Power and keep pressed Volume Up until recovery appears.

• Bootloader/Fastboot/Download: With the device powered off, hold Volume Down + Power. Keep holding both buttons until the word “FASTBOOT” appears on the screen, then release.
